This past Saturday, at the very last moment, I tagged along with Squep and his girlfriend, Das Piratenkind who was spinning at Reaktor in Winterthur. She was impressed with my photos from Squep @ Rohstofflager and wanted some of the same for herself. Armed with a new 8GB memory card (but not a new lens or tripod) and my Canon 350D shooting in RAW, I tagged along.

While Reaktor was a much more pleasant venue to photograph in (interesting lighting, more relaxed crowd and security, lots of impromptu camera mounts), my lack of a 'fast' lens was highlighted by Piratenkind's much more energetic style--she was moving all over the place!
